Since beginning my real estate career in 2020, I've helped buyers navigate the Tacoma market, explore creative paths to homeownership, & identify opportunities to build long-term wealth through real estate. As a homeowner and duplex investor myself, I understand firsthand how strategic real estate decisions can create opportunities for the future. I'm especially passionate about helping first-time buyers understand what's possible, whether that means purchasing their first home, house hacking, or investing in multifamily real estate.

Trained directly by Julia, Jayden provides hands-on support for both buyers and sellers. From touring homes, attending inspections, & managing in-person details to helping prepare listings and coordinate the selling process, she works closely with our clients to keep every step organized, supported, & moving forward with confidence.
